Perhaps it is because I am overwhelmingly cynical. It may also be by chance that I am tired of what horrid and low quality interaction with other people that I get in real life that I play games in the first place. I was playing on this server far before it went public. No I'm not going on a tirade, stating I was here first, therefor everyone else must kiss my ass to my satisfaction.

You seem to suggest that I want to be left alone. To correct you, no, I don't want to be a hermit. I find myself becoming one more and more and I have no desire to be one, hence why I look on games for social interaction.

Now you're probably thinking to yourself, "wow there's something wrong with this guy."

You would be correct.

You would probably next think of making the typical suggestions.

Been there and done that. In fact, can't afford it. (insert typical "Thanks Obama" joke here)


I came here to play the game with one of the two people left I actually manage to call a friend, and perhaps maybe I should just stop, uninstall, and stop ruining everything for the rest of the players on the server.

First, I am your friend. And I always look forward to being able to play on a game together. I really don't think anyone on the server is looking to shove you off the server. That said, I think it is important for everyone here to keep in mind that many players will have different styles of gameplay and more than likely have different things/aspects of gameplay that are more enjoyable to them.  I don't think any of us should force our style of gameplay on another individual.  We can all coexist together.  I would ask that all members please keep the "friendly" in mind when playing on this server. If someone is not looking for conflict, it should NOT be forced upon them. There are others that will more than readily oblige. I really don't want to keep this discussion going any further unless it's tone is that of friendship and cool heads. I don't want to be forced to "flex my muscles" on this issue nor should I have to. We are all adults here and that is the point of not allowing children on the server. Have fun with this game. Enjoy one anothers company and respect each others differences. We can ALL of us have a blast at this if we work together. Let's all chill now. Today is a new day.

Thank you Admiral for the reply. You most certainly should not uninstall the game and disappear from the face of our little pretend earth. You are not by any means ruining the game. I am glad you clarified your meaning of "why" you are here. That said, it seems in fact that you would be comfortable in the "public" setting. I am also one that varies between social game play and doing my own thing - a carbon copy of "real life" so to speak. I was more concerned than anything else that you were perhaps setting yourself up for further frustration - solely based on your two posts.

So, hope to see you alive and kicking in game and not lying ripped to shreds next to a blood-soaked pack.
